Wider Circle is a neighborhood health and wellness program that creates local peer-to-peer social circles designed to further and accelerate positive personal outcomes.
We partner with health plans and providers in neighborhoods across country to provide engaging and educational in-person and virtual programs for members who share similar interests and life experiences, in a special program called Connect For Life.

Wider Circle provides additional personalized health plan support, and leverages trusted community circles to boost gap closure, care management, and member retention initiatives. We develop programs that meet members where they are in their healthcare journey.
