We are thrilled to announce that 2025 will mark the launch of our inaugural National Ambassador Awards to honor our remarkable member Ambassadors and Community Health Mentors for their unwavering dedication and compassion!

Nomination Guidelines

  • Nomination submissions will be accepted from February 1 to February 28, 2025.
  • Nominations for Ambassador awards are open to all Wider Circle employees and members.
  • You may submit multiple nominations for different individuals, but please ensure that each nomination form is for only one person.

We are excited to honor the 2025 winners! Award recipients will be selected and notified in March, with local celebrations and award ceremonies taking place in April.
