Redwood City, CA – December 8, 2022 – Wider Circle, a peer-based community health organization that works with payers and providers to connect neighbors for better health, today announced its acquisition of the team and technology assets of Saeidan Inc., a Los Angeles–based company whose mission is to transform the Medicare plan-selection process.
With this acquisition, Wider Circle enhances its community-based model with resources and technology to help Medicare-eligible beneficiaries navigate the critical decision of finding the right healthcare coverage. Riaz Ali and Ken Williams, co-founders of Saeidan, join Wider Circle to lead this independently operated new venture.

Together, they bring more than 40 years of experience across Medicare operations, policy, experience design and healthcare technology.
